Is TorrentVault down? It initially came up with a different login screen, then it goes to database error.

Looks like they're working on it. Now I get "[29/10/2009 14:25:10] MySQL: Connection failed (host:127.0.0.1:3306) SQL error: 1040 (Too many connections)"
