I have no idea what's wrong, but everytime I go there it says "404 Not Found". However, when I go there with a proxy, it loads just fine.

For me TopBytes works with and without a proxy. Maybe your IP is blocked for some reason and they show a discreet HTTP 404 error.

I took 20 minutes or so of my time to make a good application there.

But I was rejected. The Top 5 movie list, for you guys to have an idea, was more than 15 lines long, with detailed info on each movie, as requested. I know people who got in with less effort, and their applications kinda sucked, to be honest. But what you gonna do about it?
