E-learning tracker. WoW. When I joined in April, they had 2,000 + files. Now they are running 9,427.

Formerly known as Algerian Torrents, this site has 8,596 files. The interface is in French.

While I understand this tracker is being posted a lot, The Scene ~ Register is rarely posted with stats.
The Romanian site tracks 4,772 music torrents.
