Are "sites like IsoHunt or TPB" public ones? If so, I'd have mentioned ArenaBG and Torrents.ru, apart from the others that were already suggested. Also heard good things about Partis.si.

It is a VERY nice tracker that was fully ready to be open. They didn't open with 2, 10, 100 or even 1,000 torrents...Hey wait a minute! I can't get in. I just joined when it was posted.

you don't really need to read it. just type what you are looking for in the searchbox in the upper right and you are golden. the torrent names have english translations, for the most part. i'd be careful downloading from there though. treat it as a public tracker.
