I've been posting this tracker for years and I suppose it finally caught on. It used to be always open and never closed. Now it is an invite only tracker.

It started out as a private tracker, then at some point went DDL.

Sometimes (as the case turns out), 2 or more people decide to start a site. It goes fine for a bit, then one owner wants more power than the other owners, so one (or many) leave to start yet another site.

Then donation begging starts.
Every.
Fricking.
Time.

Next, one will DOS attack the other's new site (or vice versa).

Then the other will send spam to all members of the original site (BY now I am spamming all sites involved).

Finally comes the coup de grace - The little f*cking Judas sells all of the IP's of the original site's members (remember, he had access to all of the board when the original site started) to the highest bidder on eBay or some other weird underground place I've only seen once (because exactly what I wrote above was happening)...
 
XTC is a ratio-free tracker. This means that you do NOT have to maintain a positive ratio, but you do have to avoid Hit-n-Runs (HNRs).
You MUST seed for 120 hours after completeing the torrent (does not have to be continuous). Otherwise, you will recieve a Hit-n-Run warning.
If you get a Hit-n-Run warning, you have 1 week to seed the torrent back before you will be put on HNR watch. After 1 week of HNR watch and failing to seed back, your account will be disabled. We have a zero-tolerance policy against Hit-n-Runners.

Currently all of the torrents are on freeleech and you can easily build a great buffer.The preetime is very good. The tracker opened one month ago.

This Romanian tracker has been through hell and back a few times. The last time they went down was last year (I think).

I normally do not post trackers with under 900 files, but I am going to post this one for two reasons:
Number 1: It's Romanian and I love Romanian trackers (and no. I am not on staff)!

Number 2: It's just a kickarse site with sweet staff.
Number 3: Because when they get full enough, they WILL go back to invite only.

Take it as you will. I for one am glad they are back and everything looks better than before. Matter - of - fact, it looks excellent, even with 659 torrents.

Registration comes with 1 invite, 5 GB upload credit, TV online and a 5.00 ratio.
