I actually made it into Blu-Torrents , but after I finished the sign up, the site said they were full. I was pissed at them (LMAO!) for not giving me a message such as you received, thereby wasting my time. Then lo and behold, I was checking my email and there it was, a confirmation email.

So if you really want in, keep trying (tho they have only 130 files).

Didn't check on subs...Pretty weird though. Most of the Hungarian trackers are closed and most of Bulgarian sites are just plain gone...
