thanks for posting this!! I tried and it was full, but bookmarked it, and would try a few times here & there, then couple days it worked. looks like a promising scene music tracker!

well I've never heard of this system before so I'm naturally somewhat surprised^^ @kooltilldend - Actually not. I personally know of a few sites (unnamed ofc) that use an invite app as a means to consider new members. It makes it a bit heavy on the staffing end to wade through it - depending upon volume - but overall it's a good system. At least this way sites can put out what they want of potential members and get consistent info to make a decision. Just having good speeds and screenshots of other sites is quite passe in terms of what really is valuable for sites to consider as good qualities for potential new members; but that's for another thread and discussion. I don't want to turn this thread away from its intent
also I'm not saying its a bad system...its just a little more extreme than what is the norm I suppose (and is probably necessary)
other than the work/effort required of the staff...I also feel the information asked in this specific case doesn't totally comply with what makes a proper torrenter but I guess that's a personal opinion
again though, its not the system that I find awkward as much as I find having deadlines as to when the the applications can be submitted weird...I'm sure the PTN staff knows better though so my opinion isn't really worth much here
