BitTorrent Sites Open for Signup

Can anybody help me find a good general tracker to replace mininova, since they are now "content distribution only"? and please nobody suggest sites like isohunt or Tbp etc you get my point. thanks guys
 
It appears Scaliwags is back up and running, they also seem to have fairly decent pre-times compared to days of old. Some staff are gone but it appears the ones who truly care are back. There was no invite process ( which was a bit of relief after the e-grilling i sustained at 2 other trackers, not complaining just relieved! ) I hope they can truly make it back to prominence.

They will be open for a few more hours at best. ST tracks scene and non scene. They are a general 0 day tracker with 10, 428 active torrents.

They have made some major changes. One of the most important is the following ~
"New Members are now required to download or upload 5GB within 45 days of registration"

Hate to be the one breaking it to you, but BitMe is IMHO THE hardest tracker to get into and even harder to keep a decent ratio. On my first account I reached a 2.0? ratio, then I downloaded The Exodus Decoded and it went down to a 1.80 and stayed that way for almost two years.

Then I had a car wreck and lost it (due to inactivity). This second time, I was blessed enough to receive one from a dear friend (W00t T***K!!), but it took a while.

RAB, I had to pay for upload credit even though I tried snagging the first file, seeding 24/7, DL'ing only files less than 800 MB's and so on.

My husband does NOT approve of P2P, but when I told him I was about to lose that account (also get my friend's friend's invite tree screwed), he took care of it with PayPal.
