BitTorrent Sites Open for Signup

There's an issue with HD-bits.ro, it appears like it's oppened, but when you try to registers the crappy message "The current user account limit (10,000) has been reached. Inactive accounts are pruned all the time, please check back again later" appears. It seems like it's open for a few minutes and then closes again. I wanted an account in HD-bits.ro so I checked its signup page for about two hours until it was open again and I successfully registered. Who says patience is fruitless? (BTW: the site was closed for signups a few minutes later).
 
No problem, green (packs and big torrents) and red (requested torrents) are freeleech btw, good way to improve your ratio upon the 5GB you get upon signup :)

Scene Reactor (ScR) ~ Register
Romanian tracker with 656 torrents. I have not seen them open in a very long time.
I expect they will close again after enough people upload files. Then again, I could be wrong.

This is an application for an invite to Hermeticos.
They are a Spanish (Latin...whatever) tracker with 7,889 torrents. I cannot remember how long it takes to get a reply, but it seems it was immediate.
Worth the effort.

Elbitz still hasn't opened (but when they do, they have 8552 torrents.).
