just find any torrent site and click on what you want to download, but don't hit save. Just hit open, and Utorrent will open up and start the download

Change your port setting. Do your own research to find what would be a good port to use. If you use a switch/router in your network, learn about 'port forwarding'.
Then, fuck the whole thing and set yourself up with a newsgroup provider.
