Bit of a physics question/riddle for you all!?

I was on the bus the other day, and it had to break real hard cause some dumb-ass pedestrian ran in front of the bus.

Anyhoo, I was thinking, if there was a fly or a bee or some other type of flying creature hoovering in the middle of the bus, suspended in the air, and the bus had to break suddenly, what would happen to the bee?

Heres a few of the scenarios I have imagined.

1. The bee would stay in the same place as the air he is hoovering in moves along with the bus when it breaks.

2. The bee will smack off the back window of the bus because the air stayed still while the bus jolted forward.
3. The bee smacks into the front window of the bus as the air acts in the same way as the passengers, they all go flying forward.

Which, if any, of these is correct?
Im sure it varys depending on the speed/acceleration of the bus and the deceleration rate of the bus when it breaks but in general, if the bus was traveling at about 60 mph and had to break pretty damn suddently, what would happen?
aaahhh, so its not so much the bee smakcing off the wall as it is the wall smacking off the bee?

I think the answer is definitely 1 because the bee would be to light to get projected into the windscreen, and I know the air would stay in the same place( as non of the air can escape), so the bee would stay suspended were it was before.

Option 3 must be correct, because the bee wasn't really hovering at the same place, it was moving at the same speed as the bus. If someone from outside the bus was looking at the bee, it would be going really fast.

Therefore if the bus suddenly stopped, the bee would go on moving at the same speed until it hit the front window.
