birthday poems for my sons second birthday?

i lost my son last year and it will be his second birthday 2moro, and i always buy a card to place upon the grave along with flowers and a balloon, as if he was here he would have alot more, but i am struggling to come up with a poem that i LOVE for his card, can any1 help me with websites with poems or have any ursleves i would be greatfull thanks all

How time has went on,
We can't believe
That you're gone.
You were such a joy,
A special little boy,
Time flew,
And now you're turning two.
