Birthday gift for mom? (gardening/nail stuff?)?

I need to buy a birthday gift for my mom. She'll be 58. She loves to garden and she always paints her nails in the summer. She also has arthritis. Any suggestions?

Does she have ergonomic garden tools? I saw an article about them in an issue of Organic Gardening. They had them for the disabled volunteers that worked a community garden.

I too have arthritis but in my back, so I find it easier to sit and do my gardening. Bending hurts after a while.

Buy her stuff to make it easier to garden with or some flowers already started so all she has to do is put them in the ground
