birth control = severe mood swings and low blood pressure?

I started taking birth control about 3 months ago. i just realized that i pms like crazy. i get angry and all of a sudden start crying hysterically. i've also felt my blood pressure drop and feel extremely dizzy when siting, standing, or even looking at the ceiling. i have a history of anemia but this has become more severe just recently. could that be related the the birth control//my period? or should i be worried?
 
This could be a side effect of the birth control pill (an example only).

However, I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
