Bird won't stop whining/crying!! PLEASE HELP!?

i have two lovebirds. one of them keeps whining or crying and looks veryyy weak. i dont know what to doo. why is he crying???
i had accidentally left it out in the heat for a while but i dont think its cause of that. the other bird is perfectly fine.

i tried giving it water.. and i tried spraying it a little thinking its dehydrated


BUT ITS JUST SITTING THERE LIKE EYES ALMOST CLOSING AND ITS JUST WHINING LIKE MAKING THESE NOISES.

and it wont moveee

IS HE DYING?!?!?!??!?!
PLEASE HELPP

JUST WHY DO YOU THINK THIS IS HAPPENING


maybe its wing hurts? the other bird hit him?
 
How old are the lovebirds? If it is a young lovebird, it may be crying for more food (i.e. handfeeding formula), but most likely it's an older bird and it is very sick. Especially if the eyes are closed, this is usually an indication of illness. I would take it to a vet immediately.
 
if you can't take the poor thing to the vet why did you buy it?
you are meant to be responsible for this bird and that includes
health & care as well.if you can't take it to the vet you are not ready for a bird.
if you have a money problem just ask the vets if you can pay it off.and tell them that you had that problem and your bird needed medical attention.if there is no vets around,call on by phone.and there should be a vet in your area.
i live in the country and there is 4 vets around us nearby.
