biology - micro unknowns...MSA plate..which organism?

Mannitol salt agar plate. red originally. Whole thing turned birught yellow. Yellow growth or halo. Organism produces acid from manntiol fermentation. Good growth but orginal not inhibited by nacl. Oxidase Is negative. Catalase is postive. Gram stain is prostive. Endospore is negative. citrate test - turned blue which means it is citrate utilized. Urea hydrolysis test - positive, rapid urea hydrolisis, strong urease production
