im stuck on these questions any1 no the answer ?

a) onion cells are observed under a microscope at a magnification of 100X
the diameter of the field of view is 300 micrometers. what is the average width of each cell in micrometers?

b)name a molecule found in the nucleus which is composed of a sequence of bases
 
a) Is missing information. You must have a picture connected to the question? Because you need to count the number of cells you can see. For exemple if you can see 100 cells across the diameter of the field of view then each cell would be 3 micrometers wide in average.
