Please help as best as you can, im having trouble with this question!
A solution containing the enzyme sucrase was added to a sucrose solution.
The mixture was incubated in a test tube at 40* C (degrees) for 1 hour. Sample A was removed from the tube at the start.
Sample B was removed after 1 hour.
Explain why the Biuret test would give a postitive result with sample A.
