Biology AS/ protein synthesis.?

Would it be right in saying, that the essential requirements for protein synthesis would be:

. 20 amino acids
. Enzymes
. DNA/RNA

Thank you.

no there are 20 types of amino acids ...but more are needed to make a polypeptide...say like more than 200 amino acids. Plus suitable environment for the enzymes to function(temp,ph.etc) ....You forgot the most important part Ribosomes

For biological systems, yes - though you also need the ribosome present to actually translate the RNA into a protein (that's where the synthetic enzymes are actually found).

To clarify the previous answerer: most proteins have hundreds-to-thousands of amino acid residues. There are 20 amino acids which constitute the bulk of all proteins. In adult humans, there are only 8 *essential* amino acids, which cannot be synthesized. The other 12 can be created by the cell from the 8 essential ones.
