Biology and Chemistry in the same year?

I'm currently a freshman in high school, and I made a mistake of taking an easy science course this year (Geoscience). I'm strongly interested in the medical field, and I want to get ahead, as the majority of students in my grade are taking chemistry in 10th grade. I was thinking of taking biology at my school in 10th grade, and taking a chemistry course at the local community college.
Is this a good choice? (I'm afraid that the two science courses may be too overwhelming) Am I allowed to put college credits on my high school transcript? Would this enable me to take physics in 11th grade?
Thanks for any answers :)

about your transcript, you'll probably have to talk to a guidance councilor. if it's allowed, you should definitely take it. i took bio one semester and chem the next and i didn't think it was overwhelming at all.
