Bio_t mole remover

I have been useing Bio-t mole remover. it scabed up.i got tempted to pick the scab off.there is now like a hole in my arm. it looks a bit ugly. i have looked online to see if picking the scab is ok. but most forums have said not to pick the scab, but no one has said why? is it all going to go terribley wrong and stay ugly forever??
 
Scabs help protect injuries. Picking them increases the risk of scars.

Moles can be malignant tumors. Had a dermatologist looked at this before you tried this product?
