ughh, I go for a few days of eating little, healthy amounts of healthy food and today I just downed a large 200g bag of chips all in one sitting, and then some other crap until I felt completely sick.
I just get bored, or I just love food a lot. I try and distract myself but It never works, food cravings get the better of me.
I'm not overweight btw, I just hate doing it because of my sensitive stomach I don't want to get even more sick.
any tips on how to NOT binge eat?
or anyone else who does this, what helps you stop this?
