Eat an early dinner and brush your teeth..You may not be so energetic to brush your teeth again and again!

Do not do any boring work so that you get tired and want to eat.

Eat a good book before you sleep, it may help you to forget about food.

Regular exercise will also help to control your eating urges.

Quite simple really , you get bored.Try to keep busy so that you dont overeat in the evenings. Also, are you eating enough during the day? If you are not then when you stop and wind down your body thinks its dying and makes you hungry so you want to eat fat storage foods.Make sure you have 3 decent meals a day especially breakfast , and eat fruit in the evening instead of biscuits.Good luck, I know its hard but keep at it .x

You need to hit the gym hard, and find it within yourself to be dedicated 250%. Always tell yourself "when there's no motivation, i still have dedication" meaning, weather you want to do it or not, you do it anyways bcuz you've set goals for yourself.

Don't worry though, because I have the saaame problem after I come home from the gym. But it's usually around 1 a.m when i get home..so i snack on some special k and soy milk. (not gnna lie..i'm a HUGE fan of meat..but i've recently been open minded and tried morning star products, and they are amazing. try the veggie burger from burger king instead of a whopper..lol and try JUST try soy milk plain..NOT vanilla..vanilla to me is gross..lol)

or you could never go wrong with fruit good fruit. !

idk i can give you all the tips in the world but it's up to you to find motivation within yourself that is there to stay, and not just there for a few weeks.

Keep a food log of everything you eat. There are lots of sites online you can do this at - such as livestrong.com/thedailyplate. I find that just having an idea of how many calories, fat etc is in a food helps me to make better choices about what to consume. Logging exercise also gives you an idea of how easy it is to eat back the calories. If I've just busted a gvut doing 500 cals doen the gym, the last thing I want is to have a kit-kat and a packet of crisps to oput them right back in me.

Try bingeing on high protein foods if you must binge, they keep you feeling satisfied for a lot longer. Chicken, beef jerky, beans on toast, fish, all are healthy alternatives to biscuits and cakes. Take up some hobby that you really enjoy and can get absorbed in at night-time you may forget to eat them or food may not seem so attractive to you when you're interested in something else.
