Let's see...the Bimota is Ducati powered and has that stacked headlight look, much like the ghastly 999 (Sorry fellas, it's not a looker IMO). I'd be leaning towards the 1098. Or the MV Agusta F4-1000. Money well spent.

Bimota is great if you want to be in even more exclusive territory. You'd turn heads even at a Ducati dealership which you won't do with a 1098.

I agree with you about exclusivity and Bimota builds some beautiful bikes. However, the new Bimota DB7 ain't exactly one of those beauties. Ouch man...but again, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Now the SB8K Santa Monica, on the other hand...or even the DB5-those are some sweet rides.

besides exclusiveness, what does the DB7 have that the 1098 doesn't? I'm reading that the DB7 will be as much as a 1098R??

Its all good guys!! Bimota is a dying breed anyways. I went with a Motion SBK 1098, wow, I can't wait till I get it!! Should be shipped this week from Texas hoping to have it by next Tuesdays Players Club meeting!! I'll get pics and data up ASAP!! Thanks Guys!!
