Billy Talent

Like crap, because it isnt like everyother vocalist out there? They are all starting to sound the same, Its nice to get a dif sound once in a while I think :) I think they lyrics are pretty rad. I know they arent very metaphorical, but some are pretty sweet. I couldnt come up with lyrics ilke theirs so they got my respect, I doubt you could either, no offense.

I only just heard of billy talent 2 months ago lol... But i live in australia so yeah... I havent read the whole thread but have u heard there 2 songs Surrender, and Devil In A Midnight Mass.

i just love his fecking voice, & they do have passion for their music, you cant deny it.
yeah, i like. a lot.
& cant wait for the new album =)
 
They are one my favorites or sure. I love the vocals, and the bass lines especially but or criticism, I'd hve to say that I do have a hard time telling the ongs apart until they get to the chorus.
 
Billy Talent is pretty good, I didn't like them much on their Debut album, in fact, I didn't like them much overall, until I saw them live. It's not that they themselves put on a crazy live show, but their sound is so good and it gets you hyped. I picked up their 2nd album and it was great. They don't seem to be seen nor heard that much anymore. Anyone else find that?

Worker Bees is awesome, Red Flag is awesome, and retroactively, I now love Into the River Below. That song used to drive me crazy when it came out.
 
They only thing I really see going for them is the fact that they can write a catchy song (which really is no trick).

Everything else is pretty superficial and overdone.
 
I was still really premature musically when Billy Talent II came out, but even I was thoroughly disappointed with it. Billy Talent III felt like I was being spat on by musicians who decided to not even try. I still like Billy Talent I once in a while.
 
they are a awesome band but becoming old fast....they need to come out with some new material and quickly before i lose interest or something scary like that....but for the time they came out in they were awesome and really did open up my eyes to a whole new kind of music from what i had been listening to before...
 
i dont no how long theyve been around.
^ the only reason iv bin out with a few laRAB is cuz they want one thing and once they get there off, im wise to it now, it wont work now.
 
mtv is the worst thing in the world they tell you what to like what to watch and whats cool i just choose not to watch mtv i deleted it of my channels so i cant watch it now so i dont know whats on mtv and i dont care because i have a mind of my own
