Billing Problems at TMobile

So I have been getting the text messages and phone calls from TMobile because my payment is late. The trouble is that I have my credit card set up for automatic payments.

Seems like their Billing system had some issues. Is anyone else getting these annoying messages?

They are harassing me like I am a non payer and yet the problem is on their side.

Their customer service is horrible.

I've had that happen. But usually I am late. LOL. I hate calling them and having to go through the stupid automated menu.
