Was the difference (2.99 vs. 4.99) on any sub if you have the movie package (ie MC on West)?

It was certainly not the case when I was there...maybe things changed over the last month and an a half.

Yesterday I receive the Primeur magazine... I never asked for it, I've asked to remove it fro my account several months ago, and it was. Oh, I see why the girl didn't seemed upset that I was removing the US networks (1$), she added that magazine to make sure she doesn't get a downgrade.

Call BEV to remove it... I don't want to pay 1$ for it, it goes directly in the recycling bin. I never requested that she puts it back on my account and she didn't tell me she will. Agent argues... It comes with the movies, we can not remove it... Hey don't ******** me I was an agent I know you could and if you look at the account ou will see that it was removed until a few weeks ago. Ok I will remove it.

I then ask her the amount of my monthly bill... 94$ she says... How come that high? I tell her it should be around 87$, not 94$... She is positive, it is 94$. I tell her I was renting a 5900, and at the time bill was 82$. Then I returned it bill went down to 72$. Then I added Familly 2, it went up to 77$. Then added HD, went up to let's say 87$. She then tell me that the 5900 is still active on my account, so therefore it is normal that i'm being charged rental. Re-explain the hole story... Funny, the last 2 agents didn't see any rental charges on my account... Puts me on hold... Comes back saying that really she is not the one who should remove the rental cost... I know I tell her and explain her where to get the billing form to get it corrected. Puts me on hold... Comes back saying everything is done... My bill is printed in a few days, so it probably won't be reflected... Can't wait to see the next one...

oh, you'll be dealing with this for months, trust me...my billing fiasco went on for 9 months...that's right 9 MONTHS!...AND I STILL WORKED THERE during that time.

My 2 year rental contract ends in November sometime. My bill for November doesn't show $4.00 price protection I have been getting on digital standards but still gives me protection on 3 rental 4100s. I can't figure out whether I am ahead of the game by 9 bucks or behind by 4. It isn't worth the 4 bucks to deal with BEV. It took me 4 months to get a 7.50 rebate on renting the 4100s when I was 4 months into the 2 year contract. I figure I was on the phone 2-3 hours total to get it sorted out. Basically they missed a month and kept saying it would be on the next month. Well what showed up was that months credit. It took forever to get them to figure out that I needed 2 x 7.50 to even things up Good luck Ex Agent EV. You are going to need it.

Ex Agent the story continues, I have a billing issue for 7 months, after I sent them packing for the first time....lol, I still find your predicament so amusing!!!!!! I do not see you defending he evil empire anymore....

End of contract is a time to look around at the competition. Even if you don't change supplier's you can let retention know that you have checked the new customer deals at the competition. Very rare to be disappointed from the retention department. I would be surprised if they don't knock the socks of your "protected price".

Received my bill Thursday...just as I taught, i'm still charged the rental cost of the 5900. Called BEV again... Girl argues that 5900 is still active on my accout. After explaining that it is normal, I sent a rental nit and bought one she finally understood. She confirmed that the rental chargeshave been removed since my last call and a 10.33$ has been credited for the cost of rental.

I asked her about my satisfaction credit. I was promised 2X10$, but only one 10$ appears. She argues on and on about it... She finally says that the 10$ credit given by the agent covers rental cost for the 23nd of October to 22 of November. The 10.33$ she sees credits for the 23nd of November till 22nd of December and that she could only credit me for the peiod of when she received the receivr (3rd f ctobe according to her, previous agent told me 13th) to 22nd. Accepted and gave me confirmation number

After hanging up I realsed im charged fo the HD channels...it was supposed to be free for the first 6 months. Will have to call again Monday!

Good news too, I received a 50 receiver promo that I was not aware existed...

Called again to dispute the HD channels cost...was put on hold on and of for 30 minutes! Agent informed me that promo is only for rental clients...but I asked the agent who added the channels and he confirmed that the promo was for all new HD clients, regardless rental or purchase, only reason why I took them in the irs place. Agent requested a 40$ satisfation credit to compensate...we'll see if it's there next bill

Gimli coudn't care less if Agent made his bonus or not...he is not someone I knew personnaly. If it was a friend or an ex co=worker maybe i'll care a bit

Seems they finally almost got it right...

5900 rental charge are not appearing on this bill

A 10.32$ credit for the 5900 rental

The 40$ credit for being lied about HD channels being free for 6 months

A part I don't understand...I've bought a PPV package at 12.99$ for 3 movies. Instead of beng charged for the package the 12.99$ appears in the credit section.
