bill henson's photos- art or porn?

just wanting opinions about the current deabte on Hensons photography of naked girls of about 12 years old. Our Prime Minister has described them as 'disgusting' but then there was uproar to this comment too. just wondering what people think about the whole thing.

the bit about the daughter isnt his daughter, theyre talking about the gallery owner's daughter
the miley cyrus thing was only an uproar because she was teenage role model and the parents didnt think she was setting a good example for the children who looked up to her because of her fame and the way she was percieved in hannah montana as such a 'good girl', completely different
 
You know, ever person has their own idea of what's art and what is plain out porn when it comes to nude photography. I personally think that the photos I seen were wrong. He is old enough to know that what he did was wrong. If the people in these photos were adults, it'd be a different story. But the fact that they are 12 and 13 years old, it's the equivalent of child pornography. You seen what an uproar the Miley Cyrus photos in vanity fair caused, she is in the same age group; and only her back was showing. but it was suggestive.
Though it being a form of art, child predators have access to this and you know how mentally ill they are. I have to say, that if anyone at all condones or supports what he did, they either do not have children themselves or do not know about children and their innocence and that this is highly exploitive. I really cannot believe his own daughter has done nude photography for him, it makes you wonder what else has he done with her? Is there a mother there to stop this??
And I read in that article that someone supported this and called it censorship, I have to say that she must not be okay in the head. There is a difference between censorship and protecting children.
