How can he not be charged with possesing photos of naked children? and to make it worse having them on public display then saying they're art?. FACT its not art, it on the same level as being in possesion of pornographic images of children. Everyone else caught with images like these have been prosecuted under the law, so why not him?. You can't use the "its art" argument here.
