I think its ridicules that he is being charged. He did not display the images of the child in a sexual way and the child and her mother both agreed and were paid for the child to pose in his work. I think this should be seen as artwork not porn!
Too bad people cant see the beauty in nudity anymore - Its just seen as an offense now. I guess thats what the world has come to :S.
