Bikinis taken by Father-in-law?

We had been back a few days form honeymoon, and I had hung out some clothes we had worn including my three bikinis.

My father-in-law who is semi-retired builder and who has been helping us redo the old house we bought arrived not to long after.

He had been there about an hour or so doing some work and then went outside to cut some new floorboards.

I saw him looking at the washing line and then he went over to it took my three bikinis of the line, rolled them up and stuffed them into the pocket of his work overalls.

I went out and asked him why he had taken my bikinis and he replied

"You're bikini days are over my dear, we don't allow wives in our family to wear them"

He simply would not give the bikinis back.

I have not yet told my husband about this bikini incident abd I do not want to rock the boat as we need him to help with the house.

This is a picture of one of the bikinis he took the other two are similar just dirrent colour.

Any thought or suggetions about this would really be helpful?
I meant to add that father-in-law is divorced and lives alone so I really wonder what he is likely to be doing with my bikinis

I suppose that this is just an excuse to show yourself off. Intelligent guys are attracted to looks, but it is the personality that keeps them.

well first off, your beautiful. and second, maybe hes just some old dumba** perve. and hes smelling them and getting off on it. cause alot of old guys like to do that nowadays. my friends mom, boyfriend did that to her clothes once. but her mom didnt beleive her. and her boyfriend got away with it. but he could just be one of those disgusting excuses for a person. or he could actually be one of those crazy, wacko, insane, controlling weird father in laws that think you are indecent when you wear things like that. you know? like if you talk to a guy friend, hell get all over you and yell and you know, get all crazy cause he thinks your getting your fill somewhere else. but i think you should just watch out. cause he sounds like very bad news. especially for a young pretty woman like you. and i think you should tell your husband anyways. cause if you dont, his dad might get something in his head about you not telling anyone about what he did. that you liked it or something, if he is a sad lonely old pervery. and its just gonna get worse. tell your husband. and if his dad loved his son as much as he does, hell finish the house. and if not, find someone else to do it for cheap. if you dont tell anyone about that incident, things are just gonna get worse and worse as time passes.

For all of you who have been duped, this is Samantha, the Bikini Lady, back again with her crazy bikini stories, this time defaming her probably no existent father-in-law. Too bad this woman doesn't get help.

It's theft. If you want, you have every right to report him to the authorities. Just make sure you can prove it, then tell him you're going to report him, and if he doesn't give in, tell the police. He'll get a criminal record, a fine, and you'll get your bikinis back and a nice sum of cash extra.

Ooh.. that's just creepy! I honestly don't think he's "guarding" his son's woman, he's got a perv thing going. You NEED to tell your husband. When someone is doing something wrong and we know it, we tend to question whether to tell or not (specially women!). Whatever he took from you, no matter what it is, is yours! In this case it's even creepier because it just happens to be you bikinis, maybe (and I'm sorry to say this so crudely) it turnes him on. Yuk. Tell, tell, tell your husband you want your stuff back. Best of luck to ya!
