I really don't like to run, but if i have to i will, but i would choose biking over running any day.
But does biking a whole lot, maybe 2 or 3 miles a day or even more, help you with being able to run faster and longer?
if not, is just plain old running the only way to get faster and be able to run longer?
will running up and down hills help a lot?
what would you recommend for someone who is busy with school, but want to be able to run faster and longer?
next year i want to join the cross country team, but i suck at running. I want to be able to run fast and long.
so just what would help me, with a busy schedule?
Thanks
