I got a mountain bike to become a little more active. Im 21, 160 pounds, and 5'4". I used to be active in sports in high school, so i weighed less than 120 all my life until I got unactive. I do work at a job where I walk around all day long. I am starting to change my eating habits. Cutting down on some things, and cutting out. I want to get a gym membership as well. Bike ride in the morning. Go to gym at night....Only thing is, i work between 4 and 11 pm, so id have to go to the gym after work, but since im up till about 1am anyway, i figure that would be an awesome thing to do. Is that okay? Working out so close to going to bed? Or should I bike ride some days, then go to gym other days? What do you recommend? And how many days should i be doing each?
