biking and blood in urine?

After I wipe from using the restroom, there has been small amounts of blood on the toilet paper. I have noticed it about once a day to a few times a day for a week. It's nothing consistent. And my urine is not red/pink.
I thought I had a UTI or something similar but done a urine test for the Dr. and they said it was all clear.
This morning I actually seen a small drop of blood as it hit the water in the toilet. When I wipe there is more blood, between a pink and red color, but still just as I wipe.
I seen where exercise can I also cause blood in urine. My husband and I have been riding our bikes for the past week. Yesterday, we rode the most we have yet, which was 4 miles-- can that be the cause?
Sorry if it's TMI, but I don't know if I need to go to the Dr. again or not.

HI,
You said its frank blood not mixed with urine, but it comes when u pass urine, not related to period problems, and there is no pain. I am I right? so your doubt about injury while cycling dose not hold good because trauma always have pain associated. my suggestion is to replete the urine test and u have get your blood tested for bleeding diathesis and you need a gynecological check up also. blood mixed with urine(red colored urine) may suggest some kind of kidney problem.

With consumer driven healthcare causing us to think more carefully about whether or not to go to the doctor, I can understand your hesitation. If this was a temporary thing, I wouldn't worry about it but whereas it's consistently showing up day in and day out that might be a cause for concern.

Because you have been riding your bikes for approximately the same amount of time that this has been happening, there is a good likeliness that is the culprit. Riding bikes can put a lot of pressure on a woman cervical area. If you're finding you're sore after riding the bike then you might want to consider swapping your bike seat out for a different one that is perhaps more padded. You could also buy some biker shorts with the gel in the seat area.

I would monitor this and see if it disappears on its own accord. If it doesn't, try some solutions (as outlined above or some variation). If it still doesn't dissipate, stop riding for awhile and see if that has an effect or not. But above all, if it gets worse or none of your attempts at rectifying the problem helps, seek out a doctor and get some help.

helloo, you might have your period there. thats how i first got mine, just i wasnt biking lol.

if you happen to just get ur period, then its possible its irregular. periods are no fun...
