bikes jammed please help?

in the morning when im about to move the bike i take the steering lock off but the bike wont move forward,so i have to give it a big push and i will hear like a click and it will just move off.any idea what this could be? during the day it wont happen its normal just in the mornings
why are they stcking to the disk?
