It was syndicated; what station it aired on depended on where you lived.

I'm guessing that you're not familiar with the term "syndication".
Being syndicated means that a major distributor will air a show on various channels or on network affiliates as opposed to airing on a major network. Biker Mice from Mars never aired on any of the networks (as far as I know). It only aired in syndication and on basic cable.

AFAIK it never aired in the US. The producers held a panel for it at San Diego Comic-con this past summer and said they were shopping it around at the event, but it has yet to be acquired for broadcast here.
It's kinda bizarre. Rather then a reboot they elected to bring the show back and start where the original left off (which as said, includes the Limburger cameo ep). It did indeed air over here but didn't really get any attention and stores are still trying to shift the unsold toys.
I think this might have been the fans fault. Apparently they're not the nicest of people and in communication with the staff they pushed strongly for a flat out continuation, which they got. An important lesson to learn from.
