Well I really want to loose weight by April.
I'm 17, 5`4, And I weigh around 175 +
I have sorta a flabby stomach and thighs. and I really want to loose it..I want to eventually start weight-lifting and working on my abs but first i need to cut the fat..This is what I'm thinking about doing..
Everyday of the week I ride my bike From home to a college it's 11.4 miles.
That's 22 miles to & back.
That's my plan for cardio.
- and I don't eat Any sweets or pop or candy I do eat breakfast and lots, and lots of water I eat lean meats and fish often.
That's my plan for cardio and the diet so what i need to know is if i keep that up for a couple months will i loose the amount of weight i want.
