Bike riding and other exercise?

If I bike ride for 45 minutes per day, use treadmill for 20 mins a day, use weights for arms, do situps for abs. Is this a good exercise programme?

Any other suggestions would be great.

weighs are no good for exersice, thats fror building up muscles
try swimming instead as you use most of ur mussles to do it and its good for the lungs
