I am writing a problem paper which I introduce the problem on my college campus of bike riders needing a bike path. I want to provide as much information as possible, can anyone inform me if the university is who I should go through with the plan? or the city? and secondly, how much a PAINTED bike trail will cost?! I cant seem to find a consistent answer for these. thank you for your help!!
