I had sold my bike, that person gave me delivery notes, it’s been 6 months. And he told me that he will do the transfer of ownership. But now he sold to other person through bike sell/buy agent. Now bike is on third parry. He is not transferring it. So if anything happen to that bike, will it problem to me??.
Please help me from this accident if in case. What I should do to protect myself from any accident if happen to bike.
Please give me suggestion, i m student. i dont want to stuck in police case kind of thing issue. Please Please.. i m in banglaore
