I have a '86 Honda Shadow 1100, and just had the carbs cleaned, the bike had been sitting for a few years, and ran but was rough to start, now the carbs are getting good fuel but doesn't seem to transfer the mixture to the cylinders. starter fluid kicks it over right away, but it's not drawing fuel from the carbs. any suggestions? what am I overlooking?
