bobs bicycle design has determined that when x hundred bicycles are built the average production cost is given by C(x) = 0.1x^2 - 0.7x + 2.425
a.) how many bikes should the shop build in order to minimize the average cost of producing bicycles?

b.) how many bikes should be produced in order to keep the cost of production between $40,000 and $50,000?

THANK YOU!!
C(x) is in hundreds of dollars
