bike ent starting !!!!!!!!!!?

i put my BATTERY on charge for 3 days
when i put it back on there is loads of power turning it over 1min then dead the next...
i know it sounds like the BATTERY!!!!!!!!!!
but would it drain that fast?
its a big bike and i wuz just wondering could it be anything else ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????
 
First off, you don't want to be cranking non-stop for one minute because you can overheat the starter. Besides, if it hasn't started by that time, a dead battery is the least of your worries because you have bigger problems. Usually 5-10 seconds of cranking followed by 10-20 seconds of cooling time is a good rule of thumb. The more cranking you do, the longer the cooling time should be.

An old tired battery won't crank as long as will a good one and there's a difference in cranking amps between the same size battery but of different design and brand.
