i don't have the money to buy a specific bike for both xc and freeride so was wondering if there is anything suitable for both. Or perhaps a freeride bike capable of uphill and with good low sped handling. ive mainly only ridden hardtails and i am unsure of full suspension as the only full suspension bike ive ridden, admittedly cheap, felt dead if you no what i mean compared to a hardtail. is full suspension best way to go
bearing in mind i only have less then £1000 at the moment so will definitely be looking for second hand.
