Biggest hype & pile of C**p

Just looking through my DVD collection and found The League of Extroadinary Gentlemen.

I bought this before seeing it a long time ago on the strength of the hype.

What a pile of [highlight]crap[/highlight]
 
You expected League of Extraordinary Gentlemen to be good... Have you seen the scene where you can see ropes pulling all the furniture in one scene so it moves!!!! awful.
 
Well I was totally let down by StarWars 3-Revenge Of The Sith.I didn't think that the two previous films were that special,but they certainly had their moments.But I could not get into this film at all,and I am a huge Star Wars fan.I may change my opinion after I see it again,but after seeing it for the first time,I just thought that I may as well have watched the last twenty minutes and disregarded the rest of the film.

I will buy the DVD however,in a few months when I can get a cheap copy.I couldn't wait to get the originals boxset,but I'm not in any hurry to get the final prequel.
 
Ah excellent, not meaning to be funny or anything, but you've just reminded me of what film I was wanting. I've been writing down a list of films that I'm after, and totally forgot about this :)
 
I thought this was quite good actually, but my step father thought the storyline dragged on a bit. I guess we all have different tastes In films maybe. I also liked the phantom menace as well, but yeah, not as good as It was made out to be though.
