I think I want to write a story... I want it to revolve around a big event in history repeating itself, but in this time period. So it cant be the JFK assassination, because that can't happen now.

PLease just give me any examples of HUGE events in history? An event that affected all over the world is preferable. Thanks, you are helping a young author in the works.
