Biggest brat in animation

A toss-up between Timmy turner and Angelica pickles.

timmy-In the last season,when butch(supposedly) left the show for Danny phantom,he became more of a whiney little bratty snot,cosmo became a jerk,and wanda became miss nags-a-lot. I actually rooted for vicky in the last season.(dude,she's freaking hot!)On top of it all,he never gets the bitter end of the deal,and he has the whiniest voice that makes pamela anderson seem like AC/Dc's greatest hits.

And must I say anything about Angelica,ladies and gentlemen? I think not.
 
I could add Tad and Chad, their arrogance reminds me of Shooter McGavin in the movie Happy Gilmore. Tootie's voice gived to Tootie, the impression of a brat.

As for Mandy in the podecast vote, is it Mandy from Totally Spies or Mandy of Billy and Mandy? (the Mandy of Totally Spies act sometimes like a real brat)

:confused: How do figure Dave Seville?
1) He's an adult.
2) He took in Alvin, Simon and Theodore and raises them like his own children.
3) He's perpetually put upon by Alvin and company.

Also, while I agree that the Dead End Kid from "Easter Yeggs" was indeed obnoxious, I don't think that one-shot characters should be included on this list, as there's no way that a character who only made a single appearance could be a bigger brat than a main character who has appeared in nearly every (or in every) episode. IMHO, One-shot characters should have their own category.
