Big Toe damage

I basically "gound off" the front and side of my tow on a bike accident. It appears that I have ground all the skin away. I have cleane dit VERY good and applied neosporin and bandaged it. I am keeping it dry and clean.

What else should I be doing?
 
get a tetnus shot if you haven't had one within the last 10 years. Some say 5 years when there is an injury. Check with your health dept.
