Big Problems with ORT-need help

Hello,

i've a big problem with ORT.
I need to know how to use MarvellTool step by Step.
I've got 2 devices i900 one with monahanns-problem, one totally dead.
After boot repair area 0-9 both devices stuck on Bootlogo.
When i want to flash i get the error: no PDA-Device found.... close Device

What is the problem with this tool.
I've tested with 2 different JTAG-Adapters, both with the same result.
Since i have this tool i can only one device repaired with ORT, but 5 Devices i must send to Samsung to repair.

What can i do to revive this devices. I need urgently help.

I've downloaded the Marvell Tool and the i900 dump, but how i can use it?
Please make a screenshot with proper setting of the application, so i can test it with my devices. Thanks in advance

Where is support of this Tool?

I post on official support forum but get no answer. I post here and get no answer!!

I'm really pissed off!!

Everybody talk about downloading manuals in support section, but there is no manual!!!!

I have a very expensive tool and two dead omnias with red light and no one can say me how to repair!!

This is no support, this is Bull$hit, sorry

I'm really pissed off.

Now i think the better way is to sell the box in ebay or trash teh box and send the phones to Samsung or Elco to repair this devices.

Dear Jomafi ,

There is no such special settings that you should do , i have e-mailed you how to use a tool and details which was promptly when i received the e-mail

And as you mentioned the there is a mobile phone you repaired which means there may be something wrong with the other phone you are holding or you may need to concentrate on the operation that you are trying !

Anyway you have answers in our support forum where you previously asked your questions !

Just stick with it , we will solve / find your phone problem(s)

for repair pda from phone use hiperterminal for power on modem and write with qualcom tool modem .
 
Dear alunecosu_hd ,
That is not neccessary anymore with PS_HOLD but still you can do for Modem part using Hyperterminal to power on modem !
And Jomafi's problem with PDA part it seems not modem ,

Hi friends,

i have to resume my opinion of the support team from ORT.

This wonderful guys (Electroboy and Ohfar) helped me to repair the really dead i900 with this marvellous tool ORT.

So i will here say as loud as i can:

ORT-Support is one of the best support of the world!!!
