K, so I'm on the phone with my TMo rep, weekly occurance it seems, and he tells me that TMo offers a military discount *waggles eyebrows*. DISCOUNT I say???? all for it. So I go to the site www.tmobile.com/corpdiscount like he tells me to, and nadda, nothing zip, zilch. Reload, relog in, etc. Finally get the thing he tells me I need to download and print, fill out and send in.. and guess what???

I'M MISSING PROGRAMS OFF MY FRIGGEN DELL COMPUTER!!!! Including but not limited to WordPad (which I need to open the friggen document) but also my calculator and a few other choice items that I won't bore y'all with the details with.

Anyway, GIST of my post is, could someone please, please please go there, feel froggy to PIN me and I'll give you my login information, get the document, convert it to something I can fricken open, yeah, I only have NOTEPAD dadgummit, and email it to me pretty pretty please?? whip cream, cherries and a drizzle of chocolate on top!

Now, excuse me while I run a virus scan before I send a curious looking white powder to Mr. Gates.

No WordPad? Isn't that a Windows standard application?

I would only buy a computer from guys named Steve; never Michael or Bill.

LMAO! I DID have wordpad, and a calculator, and some other stuff I'm sure I never used. Just one day I turned on computer and they were gone... POOF!!

LOL The same thing happened to me. I have NO Microsoft software AT ALL for document writing. I've had to use Wordpad and Notepad for letters, lists, etc that I NORMALLY compose in Word or Works. The other reason I am upgrading my pc.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~get OpenOffice, it is free and works great. You can open MS Office documents and save to them. Visit openoffice.org
